Black Hat USA returns July 31 to August 5, as both an in-person and virtual event to allow attendees to experience it in a way that’s best for them. This is just the latest example of our new hybrid reality, one that is changing everything from the workplace to social and enterprise networking, and will be a major theme of the conference as attendees consider the opportunities to learn, hone their skills, and see the latest technologies on display from vendors around the world.
In recognition of our new normal, this year, Black Hat will offer exclusive virtual content, as well as a normal slate of in-person events. This hybrid lineup allows attendees to get the most from their experience through activities that are tailored for any way they would like to participate.
The past year has demonstrated shortfalls that many cloud-based solutions face in a fully remote or even hybrid workplace. On-premises reporting and management systems were rendered largely unsuitable by the shift to WFH, and the limited functionality for remote workers offered by several “hybrid” offerings forced companies to expand the use of VPN for otherwise basic functions. This year’s Black Hat is an opportunity for security vendors to demonstrate how they have adapted to these challenges and how they will support a hybrid future.
Infoblox is proud to participate in this year’s Black Hat USA, and will be discussing the cloud-native BloxOne™ platform at both booth #1161 and online. BloxOne, which includes BloxOne DDI and BloxOne Threat Defense, enables customers to automatically manage and secure employees and devices throughout the transition to hybrid and cloud-first networks and gives them the ability to keep pace with shifts in technology and the threat landscape that have accelerated over the past year.
The BloxOne platform is built with cloud-first principles, which enable it to be quickly deployed anywhere in the world and managed from a central location. The platform delivers the scalability, reliability, and simplicity that hybrid workplaces require, giving customers a huge advantage in the near real-time shift to WFH, without loss of security or visibility. It also enables organizations to extend the value of other security investments, like SIEM or SOAR solutions, by connecting solutions they already own and enabling them to achieve higher levels of effectiveness and efficiency.
The fundamentally cloud-native BloxOne platform is built in a way that allows for the integration of new solutions and features, giving the platform the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the customer. Expanded support for multi-factor authentication and SSO solutions and standards is achieved at the platform level, ensuring that all BloxOne products receive these capabilities. These are just some of the reasons 70% of the Fortune 500 choose Infoblox to deliver a secure, cloud-first network experience for their users.
