Domain Name System (DNS) is often exploited by cybercriminals to enable command-and-control of malware-infected devices and as a backdoor through which they can exfiltrate sensitive data.
Thanks to a collaboration between Infoblox and Internet security provider IID, we now have a way to measure and analyze the level of threat from the malicious activities that exploit DNS: the Infoblox DNS Threat Index. The index, a first of its kind, tracks creation of malicious domains related to various threat categories, including exploit kits, phishing and others.
Join Lars Harvey, CEO of IID, and me for this 30-minute webinar on Wednesday, August 12th at 10 a.m. PT/1 p.m. ET to learn:
- What the index is and what it measures
- The types of malware driving the index
- What it means for your security posture
