As we noted before last month’s VMworld conference, we were working on getting our Infoblox Hands-On lab for VMware vRealize Automation into the cloud, so that you could try it anywhere. We’re delighted to announce it’s now available.
The Hands-On lab demonstrates how our Infoblox DDI 7.0.2 appliance integrates with VMware vRealize Automation (vRA) 6.2.1 using the Infoblox IPAM plug-in 3.0.1 for vRealize Orchestrator 6.0. You can spin up a virtual machine in the cloud, see how we give it an IP address and a DNS host record, and see how we deprovision the VM as well. Visitors to the HOL will also see how we update the Cloud Network Automation (CNA) tab with useful info.
It will take about an hour to run through the entire demonstration
It’s easy to sign up. To register for a free account, visit http://labs.hol.vmware.com/. Once you’ve registered, log back in and paste this URL: http://labs.hol.vmware.com/HOL/catalogs/lab/2057.
Start the lab, click on “More Options” and then “Table of Contents.” Click on Module 4, and then Introduction. Note that the lab manual on the right hand side gets set to page 187, which is the beginning of the Infoblox lab.
You’re ready to get hands-on!
