At Infoblox, she leads the People and Places team, with a focus on hiring top talent, while maintaining and cultivating the Bloxer culture of diversity, inclusion and a passion for innovation. Prior to Infoblox, she held positions at Wind River as the Chief People Officer where she led all aspects of People and Places at the company. Before that, she spent 13 years at Cisco as the Head of People & Communities for Customer Experience where she drove people strategies for over 20K employees globally. Anuradha holds a BS degree in Business Management and Journalism from San Diego State University.
